How to Make Crispy Fried Bananas

Materials :

  • 1 ripe kepok banana comb
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Vanilla powder (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Enough water.


How to make :

  • Peel the banana then split it in half.
  • Mix flour, tapioca flour, rice flour and vanilla powder to taste.
  • Add water little by little to form a fairly runny dough.
  • Add salt and sugar to taste. The taste correction should not be too salty or sweet.
  • Dip the peeled banana in the flour mixture, fry it over medium heat (not too hot or just warm).
  • Fry the bananas until they are golden yellow, the outside is crispy and the inside is perfectly cooked.
  • Remove the ripe bananas and serve while still warm.
